My plan to run 150km in August support of the Fred Hollows Foundation has had a bit of a disruption. I took my grandson go-karting and got a bit too enthusiastic with the result that I have triggered something in my back. So, I’ll have to stick to low impact stuff for a while, including the dreaded deep water running. I should catch up towards the end of the month as I reach peak training for the Sunshine Coast 70.3 (half iron-man) in September.
